Anime Kid Boo vs General Rildo

 In this thread, it's assumed that (as stated in the anime), Kid is indeed the strongest Boo they've fought yet.

 Kid Buu will lose. Rild was stated to be stronger than Buu, and I doubt it would be a slim margin.

Because it seems like when a character is surpassed, the one who becomes stronger is always spectacular. For example Super Baby Vegeta > Vegetto, Vegetto > Buuhan.

Can you provide more examples?
Gohan > Cell, Goku > Frieza, SSJ 4 Goku > SBV2. Those are a few that come to mind.

 Boo easily wins. He was stated to be in a different league to the other Boos, which includes the Berserk Gohan Boo who gave SSJ Vegetto some trouble. Toei likely just retconned the anime events in GT and went the manga route for Boo's power placement, unless you're actually arguing that SSJ Vegetto>SS3 Goku>>>>Base Goku>Base Rilld>Anime Pure Boo>>SSJ Vegetto makes sense.

 Rilld had 3 forms. Base, Hyper Meta and Meta-Rilld. If he wasn't stronger than Chibi Boo in first form, he certainly surpassed him with each transformation.

Why wouldn't anybody else warrant such a comment, then?

The only villain between Rild and Super Baby 1 was normal Baby Vegeta.

 Exactly. If someone had surpassed the greatest power prior to Super Vegeta Baby, then it would've been worth noting rather than just waiting until Vegeta Baby transformed.
